EDMONTON – Alberta Ombudsman investigators will visit Rocky Mountain House on October 28th and Drayton Valley on October 29th.
Residents of Rocky Mountain House, Drayton Valley and surrounding communities are invited to attend presentations by an investigator about the role of our office. They can also book an appointment with an investigator to discuss how they may have been treated unfairly by an Alberta government department, agency, board, commission, designated professional organization, or the patient concerns resolution process of Alberta Health Services. The Alberta Ombudsman also has jurisdiction over complaints regarding appeals related to the province’s Disaster Recovery Program.
